2.7 Move It On Up…

Part of what makes the five positions so commonly used is that it one you’ve found a pattern that works in one position it’s very quick and easy to apply in the others, thus giving you much more mileage from any lick or phrase you come up with. To demonstrate this lets take our three core drills from position one, but shift them up to position two.

The pattern is exactly the same, but the notes have obviously changed to keep to the same key and adhere to this pentatonic box.
